  • What KPIs are outdated or no longer relevant?
  • What seat no longer fits the business?
  • Who no longer fits their seat?

This isnโ€™t about blame. Itโ€™s about getting honest.

2. Identify the gaps

  • What roles are missing?
  • What roles need to evolve?
  • Who needs to level up or shift into a different position?
  • What will help double the business, without doubling your hours?

This kind of thinking is how to scale without burning out.

Because hustle doesnโ€™t add scale.
Only structure does.
