Marwick & Company Inc. has been a client of ActionCOACH Ignite for over two years. He originally started coaching with Darryn le Grange because he saw it as a “quick fix” for the business, but he has come to realise that business coaching is a journey. One of the first things Hutch learnt was that in order for his business to grow, he needed to stretch himself out of his comfort zone.
