If your Business growth is Stuck Don’t look at your Sales Funnel, Look at your Calendar!
If your revenue has been stuck for a while, the problem might not be what you think.
Most business owners, CEOs, and leaders immediately blame their funnel. They assume they need more leads, better marketing, or a new offer. But here’s the truth. if your business growth has flatlined, stop looking at your funnel and start looking at your calendar.
This might sound strange at first, but your calendar tells the real story about how you and your sales team, spend your time. If your days are filled with tasks that donโt directly move the business forward or generate revenue, your growth is being blocked at the source and no amount of new leads will fix that.
So hereโs a simple but powerful action step – open your calendar right now. Do the same for your sales team. Highlight every task, meeting, or activity that doesnโt lead to revenue or business progress.
Ask yourself:
- Does this task grow our business?
- Could someone else do this instead?
- Is this the best use of my, our leaderโs or sales professionalโs time?
Now, delete just one of those things. Something thatโs clogging your time but adding no real value. Remove it. Delegate it. Let it go.
When time is tied up in low-impact activities, growth stalls. And if your best people are spending time on the wrong things, your business isnโt just stuck, itโs sliding backwards.
