In your next leadership meeting, ask this question:
โ€œWhat do you disagree with but havenโ€™t said out loud?โ€

Then stop talking & let your question settle.
Give people time to think. Give them permission to be honest.

When someone speaks up, reward the honesty.
Donโ€™t defend. Donโ€™t react. Just listen and thank them.
