Getting an ActionCOACH
Jeanne’s partner suggested she look into getting expert advice on how to run her business better, which is what led her to getting involved with ActionCOACH.
They started coaching with ActionCOACH Hein Kruger in 2019. He was instrumental in making some key hires, which allowed Jeanne to focus her attention in the right areas. He was instrumental in helping them navigate very challenging times when Covid hit. Having someone to discuss the best way forward with, was invaluable to them.
Business Milestones
- 2015- We opened our first store at the Pavilion shopping Centre. Our business went from a market table and WhatsApp orders to brick and mortar and a website with online ordering capability.
- 2015-2017– We opened 3 more stores.
- 2019- We started a retail channel through Spar.
- 2020-2022- Survived Covid!
Where to next
Stabilizing the business is key right now (post-covid). Once we have weathered the storm we are keen to explore potential growth and or partnerships that will take the business forward.
