Nicki started coaching with ActionCOACH Brendon Saunders in March 2021. Nicki was burnt-out and knew she needed help in her business and then found Brendon through BNI.
Nicki soon realised she was using the wrong people to help her in her business and that she needed to implement systems and the right staff so that they could handle the parts of the business she didnโt like or have the knowledge to do e.g accounting.
Brendon helped her change all that and now her business is thriving with her opening another two branches since starting and she has her eyes on an even bigger, fourth branch, opening soon.

Where to next
