Meet Lusito Mthethwa

Getting an ActionCOACH
Lusito started coaching with ActionCOACH Peter De Lange in 2020. He attended one of Peter’s workshops and told Peter afterwards that while driving to the workshop he thought to himself that if he does not find a solution at this workshop he will give up and go get a job as his business was in a very bad state. He had very low turnover, no cashflow etc.
During the first 12 months of coaching Lusito worked very hard on sales and marketing and as his revenue started to grow. Lusito had to employ more people to assist with the work load. Once he started employing more people it became necessary to implement systems in the business which he created so that the team was able to deliver consistent results for his customers.
His business grew by 120% in the first 12 months and doubled in turnover in the next 12 months.
Business Milestones
- In September of 2021 Lusito opened his second branch in Eastgate.
- In February of 2022 Lusito received the ActionMAN award for his business performance.
Where to next
Lusito’s vision for his business is to have 6 branches throughout South Africa and one branch in Swaziland. He would like to build a strong sales team and increase sales, get bigger contracts like tenders, target larger companies that can afford the true value that he offers.
Lusito wants to be known as the Business Finance Coach, as a brand.
