I’ve spent more than 20 years in SMEs in a mix of Director, Owner, COO, etc. I’ve seen first hand that Business Owners of SMEs are some of the hardest working people I know. Unfortunately many of them don’t lead the same thriving family life as I have had the good fortune to be blessed with. I’m on a mission to change that!

 

I follow the CARE approach – Community, Accountability, Results and Education. EDUCATION – I work with people who have a growth mindset, who are open to learning. COMMUNITY – We don’t exist in isolation. Being part of a community of Growth Minded people provides encouragement and learning form the experiences of others. ACCOUNTABILITY – I’m an ActionCoach Business Coach, not a ‘thanks-for-the-knowedge Coach’. Accountability is a tool that helps you reach your goals. As one of my clients said “You’re a nice guy, but you know when to call me out!” RESULTS – Follow the above. It’s the results we are looking for that you want for your business, not the results that I come in as the expert and tell you that this is what you should be doing.
