A consultant is typically brought in to provide specific expertise or solutions. They analyse a situation, make recommendations, and often operate from the outside in — telling the business what to do.

Group programmes are more structured and topic-based. They are highly practical, but the emphasis is on building skills and habits rather than working through individual business strategy in depth.

Both approaches are effective. Group programmes build strong foundations and capability; one-on-one coaching applies that thinking directly to your business with greater focus, flexibility, and pace.

The first conversation is simply about understanding where you are now and helping you choose the approach that is best suited for you, your business and your wallet.
