This weekend I experienced something truly remarkable.

I had the privilege of attending the LIV Golf South Africa event… and more importantly, seeing behind the scenes of what it takes to deliver something at that scale.

Over 90,000 spectators. More than 12,000 people working behind the scenes. And yet… everything felt smooth, calm, and world-class, right there in South Africa.

• No chaos.
• No confusion.
• No visible stress.
• Just exceptional execution.

And it got me thinking…

Why do so many businesses, with far fewer moving parts, feel overwhelmed, reactive, and out of control?

Because success at that level doesn’t happen by chance.
