You’ll support multiple ActionCOACH franchise partners locally and internationally, gaining real-world exposure to marketing strategy, content creation, reporting, and brand execution. While the roles are remote, regular in-person meetings form part of the position, so own transport is essential.

ActionCOACH Southern Africa is looking for a passionate, creative and driven Design Intern to join our Head Office marketing team.

This is a design-led internship for someone who genuinely loves design and wants real-world experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will work closely with our marketing team and support multiple ActionCOACH franchise owners across South Africa and internationally. While design is the core focus of this role, you will also assist across the marketing department where needed. A permanent position will be reviewed based on performance.

About the Role

As our Design Intern, you’ll be responsible for helping bring the ActionCOACH brand to life visually across multiple platforms. You’ll work on a variety of design projects including social media content, marketing materials, presentations, website visuals and internal assets. You’ll need to manage your time well, work to deadlines and take pride in delivering high-quality work consistently. This is an opportunity to work for a Global Leader in coaching and training.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, eager to learn and is passionate about what they do.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visual content for social media, websites, presentations, campaigns and internal materials
• Update existing designs to align with brand guidelines
• Assist with design support across the broader marketing department
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs
• Collaborate with the marketing team during regular meetings

• Intermediate to advanced experience using design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, or similar)

This role requires strong attention to detail, good organisation and a willingness to learn how a professional marketing department operates. Key Responsibilities

• Pull and compile website and marketing statistics for reports
• Upload and schedule content across social media platforms
• Assist with maintaining and updating the social media content calendar
• Support community management, including basic engagement and responses
• Assist with website content updates and uploads when required
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing department
